EDC15C11 29f400 live mapping interface

Hi I am in the united kingdom , I have a Volvo s60 D5 with a Bosch EDC15C11 with flash rom 29f400,
I would like to get a emulator / interface so I can live map this ecu , I am happy to solder /mod any piggy back board
new updated flash rom board, as I have all smd soldering gear as I am a prototype wireman, and a radio ham,
this will only be for use in my car so I do not want a unit that costs loads of £££££££
