Adress 0xC4C8 - 5A 0C 28 0A 32 23 (8E) 03 17 1E 08 3A 33 Conversion is 912500/X = 912500/(8E=142)142=6426 rpm, to me this sounds reasonable..


If a search is made on "C4C8" in the binary, it appears in four places in the code;

Okay, nice equation, this should be, in the 0261204400 something like;
7500000 / (142*(2^3))
7500000 / (142*8)
7500000 / 1136=6602,11rpm

To me that's a little bit to high, but it can absolutely be the correct one.

I hava explored similar ECU (2.10.3) for Alfa 145, and I have a pretty good XDF file for that.
What do you want to obtain for your project. Does the Saab have any immobilizer on these ECU's.
I will dig up and post later on.

Nothing special actually, just want as "complete functions"-XDF as possible before I try to carry out any tests in-vehicle.
I'm just curious how the functions enables/disables, and how the flags works for monitoring states and so on.
Just cool to be able to see as much info as possible when tuning.

I don't think there's IMMO in them for SAAB, at least not until MY97/98, is this usaually located in the "data" section or the "program" section..?

OK, I see.
I have a bin from a Alfa 145 1.7 16v with 2.10.3 Motronic, and a pretty good xdf file.
This xdf file I have made myself, and are tested on bench simulator.
I post here the bin and xdf.
This file are pretty similar to your Saab file, and I think you can make a equal xdf based on this one.
