Wade the number will be lower as its MS/per gram so lower number means less time for the same amount of fuel :punk:

Cheers dusto. Ive already made up the new e85 tune now just waiting till i need to fill up again. Ended up changing the fuel weight to suit e85 and pumped that into my injector flow rate, than just simply added 30% into injector multipliers. See how she goes

i think you will be on track, just did a mates with 850cc injectors i just use the injector flow to get the AFRs close to suit his MAf and injectors and the e85, then we just tweaking the multiplier tables to get the whole thing ok, using a stock tune and just adjusting the injector flow we got it within 10%, lot of areas are even better, i just kept changing the injector flow until we got close at idle, im not going to bother changing all the AFR to E85 on his, was a major head fuck on mine and dont think we need to worry about that. using petrol AFR numbers keeps things simple,

Yeah that was my plan. If i want to look at it in e85 numbers ill just devide it by 1.5

Fuel economy is just as good if not better than pulp. Comes on boost strong. Runs nice an cool. Has a bit of work put into it. Only things i can see that needs work still is cold start

Funny you say that, most cars I have seen at teh race track with e85 hate starting first thing. I believe it is because it takes 6 or more morning starts to get it anywhere close. it is sort of funny that all this effort to have a mega quick race car and you cannot even get it off the trailer.....

No so funny if it is yours.

cheers

I know its not a solution, but with methanol it is almost impossible to start cold in winter even if efi mixtures are close, but a quick spray of throttle body cleaner in the inlet before cranking and it starts perfectly :)
