FORD FUSION 2017 IPC LANGUAGE UPLOAD

Hi, I downloaded the files from dealers.connection to IPC all of them are in vbf format.
I can try to convert them to bin but is it latter possible to manualy translate one of the language which is there to other? Or the languages are somewhere on the different files?
How can I do that?
