You didn't dribble carby cleaner down the shaft into the tps sensor when you were cleaning it that kills them pretty quick

I spray the paper towel with carb cleaner then wipe it out I don't spray in to the throttle body

I expect that the rocker covers are getting pressurized and therefore forcing the oil into the TB from there. I would be getting a good catch can onto the system so that you can depressurize the motor (external to the piston pressure) thus reducing the oil blow by and hence not delivering the oil in to the TB.

Let the motor breathe. We did have similar issues with a MX5 where throttle off would result in huge oil dump into the inlet. Proper venting fixed it but it was a pain to do. If I helped a mate turbo his MX5 again I would seriously convince him to do a LS2/3 swap. More grunt less effort.

I do have a catch can installed at the moment it's only got the one hose running from the intake manifold to the catch can, i will be adding one more hose from each rocker cover to the catch can soon.

where are you sending the return of the catch can to? ie: inlet manifold to catch can then catch can to (before turbo OR after turbo)?
on my raptor charged vn years ago ; we blocked off the inlet on the throttle body (from the inlet manifold, that small tube that vents just pre throttle body) and sent the inlet manifold to before the charger (non pressurised)

Vents to atmosphere for now but will be plumbed before turbo.

Open the throttle a little bit with the idle screw so it idles with around 10 iac steps at hot idle might help it
