Motronic m2.7 VR6

Hello PCM Hackers,
iam New about Disassembly and Hope this Forum can Help me a Little. We talking about the Motronic M2.7 from VR6 Engine. The Processor is a Siemens SAB 80C537-N when this is Right, have two same Ecus and the other have a Siemens B58009 Intel'80.
So what is the best Software to do this and a good Start Point ? I know a lot of Maps and do live Tuning with the Ostrich 2.0 but missing some stuff.
