Hey guys,
Im interested if there is a way to run the 4l60e with the 16176424 PCM (CKUN) it come with while not the EFI side of the engine?

I would think that to run as stand alone it would only require TPS and MAP to be left connected right for it to function in theory or does RPM need to be considered from the coil?

Cheers for the replies,
Its a carby fed 304 with 4l60e in a VL.

My scope of the query is to see if it can be done just for a cruising car.

Leave everything but the injectors and use it for timing control as well will run better than any curve you can put in a normal dizzy

Awesome idea right there. I have a VR V8 auto loom here too already set up for a conversion as well if it helps out.

Cheers Delcowizzid,
By leaving everything else connected i would run a t-piece for IAC and MAP.
My assumption is that the EFI curves would wreak havoc for carb tuning?

Don't need the iac .the factory curve should be fine as a starting point

Cheers guys,
So i can just tune the memcal for curves when adjusting carb jets and their corresponding shift points.
What will happen if i don have the ignition modules hooked up as well as dizzy?
