Hi All,

Can someone please point me to a clean download of Envyous Customs Body Diagnostics.

I've tried https://www.envyouscustoms.com/downloads/ but BDInstaller.exe is infected and just harvested my licence with a fake registration screen. First time I've ever been caught like this.

I'll let Envyous Customs (or are they on here?) know on Monday but in the meantime I need a copy of the software, please.

(Not looking for a freebie - I've purchased a license.)

Cheers

Tazzi is on here and I do believe he has had some issues with his software giving false positives with antivirus programs.

Thanks Immortal. I thought it was a false result from the antivirus, so disabled it. That's how I ended up getting my licence harvested.
No worries though, I've run a scan, Kaspersky has removed all the damage and I'll sort it something out with the guys at Envyous tomorrow, just sucks a bit as I won't get chance to spend any time fixing my cluster for another couple of weeks now.

Cheers

That link is a clean download for the software. There are no virus's or malicious content in my software in any way. I would know, as I personally developed it.

Alot of antivirus applications will flag my software as bad due to the following reasons:
1) It connects to the internet to check for updates and/or licensing
2) It does not run without a license, thus preventing the "runtime scan" from completely running the app and instantly flagging as bad
3) Any external dependencies (DLLs) are compiled into the programs, which can be detected as hiding content or parts of the program, but is done for clean install/uninstall.
4) The software is run by thousands, but not millions. Thus alot of AV will indicate a 'unknown reputation' flag.

Not quite sure what you mean by a 'harvest' or fake registration screen. If its coming off my website, its the original.

I dont have a ".com.au" registrar so that wont load :)

But my webhoster has buggered up a server migration, primarily the SSL certificate movement which they have completely buggered up. The site SSL is currently not working correctly as they keep validating it to the wrong damn name (Incorrectly spelling... twice!!!)

*sigh*.. so it should be back up and running again hopefully later today.

Hi Tazzi,

I'm trying to get my fuel gauge calibrated but it doesn't seem to want to take the settings in properly.

I'm using a LS1 Firebird tank from the states that uses the same 34-270 ohm sending unit as the commodores but when I try to put in the values for the fuel tank it does one of 2 things:

1. Trying to use an ohm value higher than 230 gives an error

2. Trying to put values in between the existing calibration ranges and repeating them for the gauge position values accepts the new data and reads back correct, but when I'm at 100ohms which I had set for 1/16th tank, it's still showing 2/3rds full.

The tank is a 64L tank and below are the values I got from the states regarding levels.
They're not perfectly accurate but the guys on the forums say these are the best ones to use to make sure you don't run out of fuel:

33 ohm = empty tank = 0.57V (not used)
68 ohm = empty tank = 1.05V
100 ohm = 1/16 tank = 1.40V
150 ohm = 3/8 tank = 1.84V
220 ohm = 7/8 tank = 2.30V
270 ohm = Full tank = 2.56V

I've then just picked values between the missing areas to smooth out the curve.

Any ideas?

Is there a way I can utilise the gas values to display on the gauge as an alternative?
