Creating a new log

I am trying to create a new log and when I go to start recording I get an error "cannot creat a new temp log file" and won't let me record a new log. Is there something I need to reset before I can do a new log?
I am running TP5

Try rebooting if it is still open or something else is accessing it may cause a problem.
