Hi all
Having a drama with my VY v6, Ive got Mad and EGR DTCs showing as well as low speed fan, I have checked a thr eating, replaced MAF sensor as well as did a continuity test. Replaced the pcm and bcm, the car has a stage 2 mace Cam installed, Ive flashed the pcm with a custom tune to help the car run better but I'm still getting these errors, even clearing out the intake and plenum and replacing gaskets and checked for vacuum leaks and still no change, would anyone have some idea to what could be going on?

Have tried flashing in a stock unmolested tune ?

Yeah bud just did that before and ran a tech 2 through it as well and still showing up, changed the canister purge filter and checked for any leaks as well and all is good

What are the actual codes/DTC number?
