ok we're going to need some more information before we can help ....
firstly, what is the files your working with at the moment ? can you post up yours and his tunes or something like that ?
cam, do you have specs of the cam cause honestly stage 3 really means jack shit as far as tuning is concerned. brand, part number something like that we can reference ?
anything else, more compression, different inlet, head porting, exhaust ????
auto / manual ?
how does the cam in his car compare to yours ?
from my limited experience with 304's and cams if they are "lumpy" at idle the tune is going to be WAY out in that area, alot of the rest of the tune will be reasonable except the idle and low rpm stuff.
also do you have the ability to data log while your driving, because without that you really only ever going to be clutching at straws as to what the tune is doing.

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

ok cool the cam specs are as follows
1)heatseeker,
2)idle= fair ,
3)operating rev range 2000/5800
4)gross valve lift inlet= 467,exhaust=474
5)cam lift inlet=292,exhaust=296
6)adv duration,inlet=280 exhaust=285
7)050 duration inlet=212 exhaust=217
8)valve event inlet 31-69 exhaust 73-32
thats everything on the cam card? compression is at 9.5:1, extractors, twin cat exhaust ,everything else is standard even his tune my mods are very simular except i have a custom inlet manifold my tune and my brothers tune are attatched?

The first issue is your writing a 32k bin to a memcal that had a 16k bin. Will need to replace the EPROM (currently a 27C128) with a larger 32k 27C256 (or an EEPROM if your going to the trouble).
