Re: Vn/vp Wirring diagrams
Appreciate all the details but something must be wrong here..
There is power to the injectors (although wen I put a test light on one both pins lit the light up)
What I don’t understand (might be cause I’m not getting this back from ecu)
A relay needs x2 positives - one is direct from battery or through ignition at least - then there is a positive switching wire to switch the relay?
Then a earth then a power to item needing power.
I’m not getting power to switch the relay...
Thinking I might just wire the pump through a relay direct to ignition... is there a benifit of having it controlled through ecu?
Thanks heaps for your time and help mate!!!

Re: Vn/vp Wirring diagrams
its a safety thing, if there is no rpm the pump will stop, ie. if you have a crash.
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Wire f/pump up to a switch if you don't think it's working.
Should hear it prime 2-3 secs then turn off.
Decade back when did my torrie could only get to do 2-3 prime but pump wouldn't stay...shrugged & fitted tachiometric relay

Re: Vn/vp Wirring diagrams
The ECU doesn't switch the relay power, it switches the earth.
You can switch a relay by providing power or earth or both. As long as you complete the circuit through the coil you have switched the relay.
You should have ignition power on 30 and 86, 85 should go to to ECU, and 87 goes to fuel pump

Re: Vn/vp Wirring diagrams
Looks like I was wrong about the fuel pump relay.
Guess it's to prevent a short circuit to earth keeping the pump running

Fuel pump is the only positive triggered output
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem
