Help needed - Tuning 304 VS Commodore - Brisbane

G'day all,
Can anyone help me out with a tuner in Brisbane that knows their way around the delco, even possibly be able to do the required mods for NVRAM etc?
Currently setting up a mild 304 and will need a base tune for first startup and run in of the cam with a final tune once the run in is complete.
