Hi guys I'm new to tuning so really need some help, iv got a issue with my vy v6 I won't lock in the Tcc at 100kms so I'm revving between 2 and 2200rpm cruising at 100km so this would cause heat and shit fuel economy, I thought it may hav been the solinoid because it will lock in at 114kms so never bothered with it till now, just put a worked auto and new high stall in it and still got the same problem so it must be the tune, iv opened up the lock up 4th gear tcc in tunerpro and iv got no idea what to do with the tables to make it lock up at 100kms, any help would b amazing plz, iv also search the forum about this topic and could find anything to help

This was done on the 1 tonner utes to stop a bad vibration when the TCC was locked at 100kph. Some vehicles were worse than others but the “fix” was applied to all 1 tonners.
You can compare shiftpoints and lockup points with a sedan calibration to see the differences. Need to be careful that the TCC lock is set higher than the TCC unlock and there is enough difference between them so it’s not dropping in and out constantly when vehicle speed only changes by a couple of kph.
Post up your calibration or it’s part number just to confirm.

Same problem on crewman.
Some were better than others so always worth a go to try and lower the TCC lockup.
If vibration is a problem you will need to change back.

Good info but crap solution from Holden as it really does kill economy.

still the same fix holden uses on the colorado's to fix shutter. just lock it up later.

I'm having trouble connecting flash tool to my ecu, with flash tool in user preferences vehicle select does not hav vy v6 so do I use ose 12p 808? Interface is just usb aldl correct? And I disable bcm and ecu chatter and I need to detect heartbeat? Sorry guys I'm complete noob to this stuff

Either that or the part number of the calibration and I’ll check if I already have a copy.
Not sure when I’ll get a chance to have a look, I’m lucky enough to be still working so don’t have a lot of spare time, but who knows when that may change.
