Been awhile since I have posted.
Here’s my HX 1 Tonner build.
Stroked 355 using the 808 Delco

I like the old school look with the air filter on top, and the efi parts toned down for a car like this.

agreed. what antus said. looks awesome. be mindful of that gilmer drive i hear nothing but horror stories with those things

Don't over tension them and they should be fine.

There’s a lot of good work gone into this by the looks. Lots of quality rust repairs. Good to see projects like this.
