I bought a cheap Barina to flip but the radio display screen doesn't work. I got a radio from a wrecker and they supplied the VIN and said I just need to call Holden for a code. Is it that easy or would this be done via their service department? Even if they give me a code how is it entered, through the radio dials or buttons or via an OBD2 device?

If anyone needs to do this it’s easy. Just make sure you get the VIN of the donor car and take this to a Holden service department and they will give you a code to enter via the station list numbers on the front of the unit.
