Question about reading writing other modules

Ok so what would be needed to at least begin looking into working with the other modules on the class2 bus. Im installing electronics from cts into my fiero and would love to shut the codes off in bcm, cluster and other modules like we do for the ecm/pcm. I can use my tech2 and vcx to factory reprogram but would be nice to tweak the other modules also.
