Hi guys ive got a l67 with a t5 in a vh commodore its running a 396 ecu with no body control module is it possible to hook up an aldl cable directly to the 396?
Yes! The bcm is on the same bus as the pcm but the pcm doesn’t go through it. So yes you can hook an obd connector to the pcm.
Pcm f14 w/b to pin 6 on obd
Pcm a3 r/b to pin 9 on obd
Obd pin 5 to earth
Obd pin 16 to battery 12v
