Holden202T has done a bit with these, but not on the tuning side
You can put in 'Holden Alloytec V6 running on Speeduino ECU' into the search box and it will come up.

i guess the main question is what has been changed ?

generally the MAF should be able to compensate for any minor changes, but its hard to give much advice without details.

HP Tuners and EFI Live from what i've seen have good options for tuning the stock ECU's.
