I had a feeling it was that but thought on later models it was only tech2win that worked, but thank you!

GDS2 replaced the Tech2/Tech2win, but I think VE made it in to the last release of t2.

hi guys. this is a car im working on.
i managed to flash a 2006 manual vin number in this arvo and got everything working apart from the radio. it asks for a regular VE SS red screen type whereas this car has a full screen GTS type setup.
the radio works with original vin in the BCM and can be flashed with the original vin number i think - ill have to check that again but im 80% sure it's good.
so close...
i dont suppose anyone has a VIN for a 2006 / early 2007 VE SS Manual with that radio type?

I had a quick look what I had on my HDD & found these not sure if it helps...
2006 GTS Auto 6G1ZX54U46L547644
2007 GTS Manual 6G1EX55U57L000000(obviously zero'd out main identifier)
Than another 2007 GTS Manual but only the last digits from eeprom read 7L879887

I just did a bit of google searching and turned up 6G1EX55U87L911787 for a 2007 GTS Manual
