Might not help but just check which version 12P you are using to what you are flashing with...ie V111 and V112 (which you are using)
I always used my old laptop with XP and changed to another laptop with win7 with my Ostrich and loaded the latest software ie V112 realising i was using V111.
Just the little silly things that bite you after not using anything for months and months.
