Injector Duty Cycle vs. Injector Duty Cycle (Calc)

Hi All,

Im just getting started (again, after an extended break) on some data logging and tuning and I am trying to work out what the difference is between Injector Duty Cycle and Injector Duty Cycle (Calc)? I was curious what my current injector DC was so I have done a log using TP5.

Injector duty cycle is showing as 0.0 while Injector duty cycle (calc) is going over 100% at full throttle/high revs.

Im not sure if i have it set up correctly, car is a VR V6 turbo, Im using OSE_$11P V104 XDF and OSE_$11P V104 3Bar ADX.

Is anyone able to point me in the right direction of what I am looking at or if have have something set wrong?

Might just be a counter overflow, eg. rolling over back to 0 when it hits 100.

Your injectors or fuel might might be too small, ideally when fully tuned you want to max out at around 80% DC.

On the monitor of the log the injector dc (calc) reads as 101.1 before going off the top of the screen, while at the same time the Injector DC is showing 0 (and is on 0 for the entire log even though the DC (calc) varies through the log).

Maybe the ADX is broken?

I know I had issues with the 2 bar ADX for 12P, seems like they were not really tested properly before release?

Is it possibly an issue caused by using an incorrect adx? Is anyone able to tell me if the adx I'm using is the correct one? Im still trying to get my head around it all.

That is the right one.

Just to rule that part of it out.
Make sure also your MAP flags are set to the appropriate MAP sensor.
