VSS input on a VS L67 ECU

hey all.
i converted my vs wagon to an l67 manual using a t5. Having trouble with the VSS input. Is it possible to modify my auto l67 ecu to accept the manual VSS?
or is it possible to modify a manual t5 ecu to run the boost control solenoid properly?
