Looking to get a BA PCM programmed

Hey guys,
We've got a patrol at work with a barra conversion that needs the PCM programmed. It's an auto PCM and needs to be changed to a manual (using the patrol transmission), needs the VID block edited to set the speed source, disable some DTC's and disable PATS etc.
I asked the boss to buy PCMtec but he's unsure if he can justify the cost yet (depending on what it would cost otherwise).
Who else can do it for us or can anyone recommend someone, who can give us a price/quote?
