write with obdlink or some similar interface I would like to write my mustang 2000 gt or is a specialized interface necessary?

I know this is about a year old but I am gonna answer so in case anyone else is searching for this answer.
There are many ways to go about this on an EECV, but the way I do this is I use a Ford VCM 3 as the interface and use PCM flash with module 29.
