how to open and view the VS V6 $51 enhanced ?

Evening,
How do i view the above info, what do i need to do this?
So far i have only the laptop, tunerpro RT and an aldl cable.

Download the zip folder VS_V6_$51_Enhanced_v1.4e.zip from here:
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=2518
Then load the Bin and XDF into TunerPro.

ok, thats all open. I can see all the sub menus if thats what they are called.
So in the sub / menus can the settings be adjusted, and then burnt to a nvram / eprom chip?
