just literally cut and paste the text from the debug tab in to notepad and post a text file. there will be enough information there.

It very well could, test versions are just that, test versions, and are meant to be disposed of after the results are collected ... eh, I had to say it! 
I would most definitely update.
Should be able to just select File, Save, Debug Log ...
But I don't think that will show anything, I could be wrong, doesn't hurt to post one.
