E38 vats

Anyone around Perth area that is able to bench program the e38 ecu and turn vats off for us please or recommend someone

anyone at all able to sort out vats on these things?
also has anyone come across a CAN module of some type that can get all the warning lights out of these over can to convert to an analog signal so im not having to run extra sensors and adapters at all just want to keep this conversion as neat and tidy as possible.
