VS Commodore BCM Beep

I have a VS Commodore Series 3 V6 3.8 ute. Whenever I turn off the car, the BCM makes 3 beeps.
The beeps are - beep beep, beep beep, beep beep.
Is that telling me there is a fault somewhere?
I have tried another bcm (the exact model of my current original) with the matching key fob and it still does the same thing.
Any ideas?
