EEC-VI Flasher V0.03

Reads
- Year
- Vin
- Calibration ID
- Part Number
- Flash count
- Flash

*Writes
- Flash

Requires an FEPS 18v on pin 13
- VXDIAG (Ford IDS) Works but is slow
- MDI requires external power supply
- Tested 12V FEPS on BA-BF SX-SY
- FG ECU's requires the full 18V

V0.02
added Write flash support

V0.03
added delays for openport
added flash count
V0.05
fixed flash count error for BA-SX
fixed read and write errors

Please post any bin files here thanks
