Are you using 12P? If so post a log.

A log as above would be beneficial as well as your bin.
However, What changed did you make to the lean cruise?

2 bar map? and have you set the flags for it and using 11p or 12p? agree, more info needed. whats changed on the car to support boost, what program (11p or 12p?) computer type and logs and bin would help. Generally speaking you would be updating the VE table for fuel to describe how the engine is breathing, not the target AFRs.

Bucking is normally when it's too lean.

Im sure your going to get answers both ways on that question, but personally I wouldnt change it. The earlier 14.7 gear outputs a couple of set AFRs at power on for you to verify you see the right settings in tunerpro. Is this still on the later kit and can you check that? Once you trust the data, then if you post bins and logs you should be able to get some help.

Do you still have the factory narrow band O2 sensors fitted? Does it go into closed loop mode?

I doubt it can go into closed loop with those pig rich figures. Get back to basics and check your fuel pressure before trying to tune it.
