How do I make my n13 pulsar have a crackle tune

Hi everyone i got a nvram in my pulsar with a 12p os and just wonder how to disable fuel cut and what else i know i have to make the timing 0 at like 0kpa but i think its the fuel being cut and way to disable or delay fuel cut
