You can use this to send and receive aldl. you will need an aldl interface. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=82
The bin does look both similar and different to the delco bins, and includes this version string "TNO Road Vehicles Research Institute 1986,1991 *** T0386FS VERSION 05, 13-04-95". It could still easily be very similar to the platforms we know because typically ecu makers would supply working OS code with the hardware and let the 3rd party tweak it if required. How much its tweaked (if at all) we dont know. Sending the above test is still a good idea.

So for now what we can do? I need to check this ecm by sending aldl data frame?
In calpack there is 27c256 and other two chips. what they are?
What i should tell to help read bin file? Car doesnt have knock sensor.
I can only tell about data stream. Looks like A001, but differences are
word 16 is ignition angle
word 18 is battery voltage
and have extra malf codes like
C53 voltage to high.
C42 est monitor is something like spark module? If yes, so its the same. For now i'm interested about 8192 baud, and how to save ecm settings maps etc, and modify it to use 3 bar map sensor with maps for boost.

That looks like the D1927a module, see this thread viewtopic.php?f=15&t=128&hilit=d1927a. I have one of them on my car with the 808 ecm. They are available new from ebay.com in the USA (if you have problems sourcing locally). They use the standard 4 wire delco ignition interface to the ecm. You can change the ignition type with other 4 wire systems, provided you can set the reference angle correctly in the ecm calibration .This is compatible with the 808 ECU, and the 12P code.
Can you describe the datastream you know about in detail? Whats send, whats received, example raw data?

4 cyl 1927a on a delco '808 with ose 12p (4 cyl module didnt release in AU, and this was a distributor system, so I sourced the module from the USA, and the coils from local 6 cylinder cars, hence the 2,5 instead of 2,3 on one of the coils).

The 2 other chips are the "netres" (resistor network chips). They configure the number of cylinders and provide an analog fueling model if the code fails and the ECU goes into "limp home mode"gabriel0 wrote:In calpack there is 27c256 and other two chips. what they are?

Wow. So much informations. And they made more questions and few answers
In poland there is thousands of coils for DIS, because they never break. Even i had four and just scrap them. I see that DIS modules on ebay they are for $40 and we have it for $60 but manufactured in poland (they are really bad)
where can i find informations about 4 wire delco ignition systems which i can use eventually?
Is there any inside schematics for 1927a?
Does anyone had problems with orginal delco 1927a like no signal for one coil? Maybe just those from poland are bad.
About data stream, i can only run 160 baud, and as i said it match A001.DS without word 16 which is ignition angle, and 18 which is Battery voltage. Nobody know what exactly 20,17(alwalys 6F hex) 15 (bit 0 to 5. 6 and 7 match with ds001).
I found somewhere about Word (bytes)
02 - rom id 1 - 1Eh = 46 = FSO Polonez
03 - rom id 2 - 1Dh = 6 = 1.6 C/L, 5= 1.5 C/L
and probably thats all i know.
This is cable for program This is how program looks like I tried to disassemble it with few friends to check what parameters it can get but nobody can do this.
So i tried to connect it by OSE enhaced, i set it as p12 '808, interface rs232 and i have answer like this My interface looks like this without aldl160 connection

Go to options > preferences and in the bottom RH side select "ignore echo".
What that is saying is OSE flash tool received the frame it sent back to itself (it was echoed) and it wasn't expecting it.
Because ALDL is a single wire, depending on the type of hardware interface used, you may or may not get everything you send received right back (along with everything else that's sent by other devices).

So with ignore echo i cant get any answer on any type of car i set.
Now i'm not sure if i have bad cable or just ecm doesnt have code to answer. Can i check this cable on lumina 3.1 16196391 BJBF ? I have one.

I'll flash the binary you posted to my memcal this morning and see if we get an ALDL response.

There is no ALDL response from this binary.
I've disassembled the bin and confirmed there is no serial handler code in there (8192)
