Hardware required for tuning

Hi guys (and persons identifying as guys 
) I want to buy hardware for tuning Delco 808's.... Burner, eraser, chips, etc.... I dont have time to do all the home work and look into it. I am just trying to help a few guys out with there speedways cars.
Happy to pay for all parts required or if someone can send me links that would be great.
