Need someone to desolder eeprom, program it and reinstall

My old bcm had to be replaced,,,i got a replacement bcm and pcm from a junkyard that said it was a gt...it's an se model. So in order for my bcm to work with my old bcm is if the vin is programmed into it. It cant be clipped, anyone know of anyone in michigan or close to it?
