hypertech max tunner down

Hey guys I got a Hypertech Max Energy for a dodge Ram 1500 I got it off Facebook marketplace and found out shortly that the programmer was deactivated by Hypertech in 2016 for hacking. when I spoke with the tech at Hypertech he stated that if i didn't have a receipt from an actual distributor they would keep the programmer my question is are there any tech savvy guys in here that could help me reprogram this thing and get it back to where I can use it. thanks in advance for any and all help...
