Hey Mate,
I haven't looked at your log but from the looks of your screenshot, your maf is at max or very close to maxing out. So You should be looking at getting a larger maf or card maf and piping to suit.
As for knock. Is it pulling any timing (not sure if you have a knock board) in certain areas? If so just remove timing in those areas of your spark table till there's no more knock.

Hopefully someone with much more experience with your type car will jump in and help.

You are definitely at the end of the range of the MAF.

I would avoid knock at all costs on stock ecotec pistons under boost, those pistons are reasonably weak. Have you opened up the ring gaps? If not keep it rich to keep it cool.

Motor is dead stock never been opened no ring gap 280000km made 87rwkw before turbo was used to tow a caravan around Australia before I got the car
Goal is to make around 400hp atw I think I will need around 7 to 10degrees and 15psi to achieve this goal if the motor will take it with my turbo going on other people's dyno sheets and timming in tunes but every motor is diffrent.
It's been a fun advantager so far having done everything myself from building manifolds exhaust.
injectors are 3/4 length from a barra with vz Injector plugs had no injector data because bought of facebook so had to guess a lot of it that was the first big hurdle turbo is a barra turbo with a. 70 front housing and a diffrent front impeller. the tunning side of things has been a huge learning curve being I don't know what to do and it's all trail and error tunning gearbox was relatively easy.
Who else has acchived 400hp on stock motor what boost what turbo and how much timming did it take to get there.

When maff is maxed out dose it just run same timing and fuel from that point on because it maxed was thinking just add more fuel keep timming the safe and just go blind past maff settings

With the enhanced code it still keeps working as The1 extended the working range of everything. You'll note in your screen shot the Milligrams Per Cylinder Per Second is showing 953, factory code is limited to 850 so you can see even though it's probably not seeing any more air (MAF hz) it knows through increasing revs that it's getting more air and adds fuel etc so as long as you've put put the right timing into the tables at the appropriate areas it'll be safe.

The1 will be able to explain it better how it all works.

Thanks for reply immortality I was told on another fourm by a guy who says he's tuned a few of these turbo v6 motors to keep it rich under boost he said running rich on pump fuel allows you to run more timming and u can make more power overall he's saying if I was running 11.5 afr under boost I might only get 5 degrees of timming but if made it run richer his eg 10.5 I could run up to 4 or more degrees of timming using the extra fuel as a buffer for knock so to speak dose this sound right?
