I think you guys nailed it. I just unloaded the archive and seen that too.
I am using a archive creator tool to make the archive, the tool must for some reason set to 3 instead of 2 and the utility.
Man I feel stupid..
I will flash this in and see if I can work on correcting the VIN next,
