Problem is I have no idea what 11p 12p and 424 even means

For me an aftermarket ecu is easy, as I can just buy it, open the box, connect the wires and take it to someone and get it tuned, playing with the oem stuff is not something I understand and I really just need to be pointed at someone who can do it for me

Well if you wanted to learn reading the guides and information in the FAQ page would answer those questions you have just asked. But if you are looking for someone to actually do it for you, you might be better off calling local shops and see what they can offer.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
