I'd definitely run a wideband O2. Not hard to set up, fairly sure Enhanced is set up already to use the 14point7 wideband O2 and only a couple of wires to hook up.
Are you logging runs? What are the target AFR's? The factory tune is fairly rich, leaning it out might make you a bit more power but ideally you want a wideband O2 to make sure exactly what the actual AFR's are.

I just checked the 14point7 website and it seems nothing is available as apparently he's sick? Not sure what other brands of WB O2 other users will recommend?
