Make sure you have good fuel in it.Thomas2004Rodeo wrote:small increase in this zone (maybe 1-2 Deg)
n/a you won't get into this table at all, that is boost territory where you need a bigger MAF to be able to measure airflow that highThomas2004Rodeo wrote:Small increase up here also ( maybe in vein as I dont know what a NA can really pull in MGC at WOT )
IIRC (it's been a very long time since I played with a stock n/a ecotec) you will be somewhere in the 550mgc + range at WOT but you really need to get a log to be sure.
There is no point in modifying this table as it makes no difference when you are at WOT as the tune will operate in PE mode. That open loop table is really only used during cold starts and if there is a fault that forces the PCM out of closed loop mode (like a faulty O2 sensor).Thomas2004Rodeo wrote: My Closed loop fuel ratio is unchanged at 14.76:1I have smothed the edges slightly as not to go from 14 to 13/12 in a cell ( heard big jumps were bad )

Hold fire. I've given you a bum steer here. From VS to VT there were some minor changes in the PE settings. DO NOT ZERO out those tables.
The spread sheet is based of the $51 VS tune. Let me re-work it to suit VT.Thomas2004Rodeo wrote:Zero values
zero these values to ( I missed this in the first read)

The spreadsheet provided for the PE calculations was originally for the VS tune where the table show %age change where as for the VT those tables are a multiplier however I don't believe the spread sheet can handle those numbers and it's a bit above my excel spread sheet skills to fix that so that might need someone better than I to sort.
The1 I believe originally did the spreadsheet so I'll copy him into this and ask the question.

This is apparently the correct excel spreadsheet to suit VT.

But it's coming up with a error for me and not working atm. Will need to wait until the boss is finished in the office so I can upload to my desktop and have a proper look at it.

I'm using the online option as I don't have excel on my laptop and it does not seem to want to run but the other $51 PE does. Bit odd really.

Basically yes. It's always good to be able to monitor commanded AFR's to confirm what you want to happen is happening.
I've not done a VT ecotec before and it looks like the PE tables have changes somewhat from VS so they aren't quite as bad.
