BDJH VP tune to 12P issues

Post by vn_ss_cm »

Hello Guys,

I have copied a BDJH VP modded clubby tune 5L tune to 12P and having strange issues with pinging under load/accelerator flat to the floor

I have copied everything over to the 12P tune, not sure what I'm doing wrong :(

cheers!

Is your knock sensor turned on?
If you don't know go into esc params and check your settings.

Attached the tunes it was BDJH VP clubby tune to $12p. Knock stuff was disabled. It hunts at idle and pings under load...the VP tune runs great but want to fine tune it using the 12p stuff. You currently get out of the car smelling like fumes lol

Might be running in limp mode by the sounds of it, which will happen if it's corrupted.

How and what did you use to write for the new memcal etc...?
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

I'm using nvram, mods are 276 cam, VT v6 injectors, stock banana manifold with front facing ls1 throttle body, 3 inch twin system into 3 inch single exhaust. Strange thing is it doesn't ping with the modded VP tune. I copied as much over as I could. Cold start hunts, hunts when warm although it stables after hunting for a bit and pings under load.

Thanks Dylan, No rush took it for a drive today and took some logs...interesting thing towards the end of the drive I uploaded a stock VP clubby tune to 12P and the idle improvement apart from hunting with ac on and it pinged less...so I edited the AFrs for 90 and 100 to 11.50 and 11.00 and the pinging seemed to go away.....so confused hahah I know I could ditch the nvram but I want to fine tune it even with the stock BDJH burn misses will know I have been for a drive as I stink like fuel hhahahaa

Ill upload log files
