Ecotec V6 Dry sump

Was interested to see if there are any high capacity v6 sumps anywhere and I found this mob.

Not only do they mod v6 sumps to have scrapers and baffles, more oil etc... In the gallery I found a dry sump for ecotec

I've got one in the garage, the race version, 8 litres IIRC, fully baffled and gated, diamond mesh etc. It's set up with a external oil pickup too.

Bought it over a decade ago, got a good deal on it.

After looking at them, I want one lol.

As good as an ecotec sump conversion to a Buick works, it never sat well with me the way it looks out of place.

These baffled ones really do look like a good bit of gear and was always on my mind if that engine build I always wanted to do ever eventuates, the stock and even eco sump conversion might not be enough given the rpm and and how that engine and car will be operated.
