shes been dynoed at 140hp at the wheels prior to the delco going on.

In the not too distant future i will be pulling this motor out and slotting in an ecotec motor.

now one of my projects is an FB Ute which has a VR V6, T700, borgy diff, 300mm twin piston front brakes and vn rears, its got the VR steering column in it, aswell as the complete VR wiring loom, its also got VR seats and B&M shifter. Very much a work in progress but its at a driveable stage so its getting there!

The torana looks good Sam. Hope to see some good progress on your other projects too.

well just now i have sent of an email the my engineer informing him of my intentions to fit the ecotec to the Torana so fingers crossed there will be no hiccups ... and then it will pretty much be a matter of me getting a tailshaft made up then working out a weekend to do the swap!

very happy with the other than i requested access holes and they don't have them ... i can get around it but it means fitting the axles then assembling the drum brakes around it ... bit of a pain in the ass!!

on a side note i also visited the engineer today ... hes oked the engine mounts and told me what i need to comply with etc .... so now im going to get my tailshaft made up, and then try and collect some exhaust bits in readiness for the june long weekend when i plan to fit the ecotec!!!
