If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

the turbo's are coming off too, their so small it's embarassing so I'm switching to a big single.

looks like a marvelous place for the thermostat once its in the gem mate :wall: .bet it goes like a scalded cat too.

interior fan has been removed, will notch out a little of the firewall if I need to.

I have shite loads of stainless pipe for routing the coolant from the radiator.

thats a big top end!!! lucky theres plenty of room in the gem bay .... will the brake booster/master be an issue ?

nah, theres plenty of room.

with the turbo manifolds removed and all the other useless cluttering crap removed the top end is only 600mm wide.

thats smaller than a vg30 engine and the vg30 fits quite nicely.

well the gem is home, time for some work to get done.

with a little luck we'll be bolting up the transmission tomorrow, and if I get a crane on short notice dropping the box and motor into the car for the initial fit up.

we found some welsh plugs on the front of the heads, we can block off the thermostat holes on the back and relocate the lot to the front of the engine.

I'm going to piss of the use of an actual thermostat and run a davies craig pump, all sorted.

you get a feel for how big the motor is compared to the car when they are in the same picture together :D

keen to see some progress pics .. am in sure you are :comp:
