As I have heard some differing opinions, I am interested in forum members opinions on what controls/generates the oxygen sensor stoichiometric switching voltage in narrow band oxygen sensors.

Key on fuel pump 2 second prime, does any know where this setting location is in the bin file in the 12225074 DSKW mask and would be willing to share.
Location 1E8C4 was tested but but failed to achieve a change.
