It does work on my 04 envoy. I have replaced the cluster a couple of times and was able to correct mileage.

What p10 os are needed? I can produce a few.

I honestly do not know the origins of the files. I have been able to read a locked file with a key but not open it.

The issue is these file are being emailed to me so i do not have the physical pcm. Just thought it might be a neat way to fix a locked hpt file. Ive never heard of anyone doing this method before.
