The g6 adapter just looks like a bank switching 128k on a 4mbit eeprom, so shouldn't make a difference.

Well made an adapter according to this website wiring of plcc to ostrich. Have tested each pin from ostrich straight through to the adapter but ostrich will not work, upload bin, set to bank 8 but pcm wont fire up, put a eeprom in the socket and pcm fires up straight away. So im out of ideas atm. ht...

I had some code to add to enhanced mod but never got time to finish it or test, I took out code for LPG they put in VY I think to help stop backfiring, they didn't set it to 0 but a very low value maybe 600usec.
