stuffed round with the coils and leads, Hit the key & bang she fired up this time, Thankyou to everyone who has helped along the way i really appreciate it

what would be causing it to backfire & spit flames out of the lower intake manifold ?

switched that coil around & checked all leads and are in the correct firing order but unfortunately still not starting

Exactly what i was thinking, Thanks mate will go out and double check everything, Just noticed in that pic that my coil ( 2 & 5 ) sits where ( 6 & 3 ) sit in the pic

yeah i looked up the correct firing order and made sure the leads were on the right coils and in order Drivers side - 2/4/6 Passenger side - 1/3/5 I was talking to someone who started going on about the timing and saying you have probably knocked it a tooth or 2 out of timing and it has just gotten ...
