new box is sounding bad LOL shes just killing shit like its made of cheese only has to last 2 days of powercruise :think:
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Mate you need to stop killing T5's and upgrade to something that can handle the jandal.

yeah the old t5's are just not up to that sort of power ..... someone once told me they are rated to about 220kw .... weird figure but the bloke also has twisted bits to prove it too ..... go the beefed up auto :D

the owner will not go auto LOL hes a manual man and its meant to be a multipurpose motorsport car drags ,burnouts,sealed rally sprints,hill climbs etc so manual is the go

Good for him i'n not a fan of slushies myself, must be able to get a decent gearsack behind it, GM BOP bellhousing pattern. For the power its starting to make a scattersheild might be the go (might become compulsory for the drags if quick enough) and apapt any box you want pretty much. Good time for buying stuff from the states theway the Kiwi dollar stacks against the greenback too if you can get freight cheap enough.

fitted new box it got driven to work and back for 3 days then loaded on the truck and off to powercruise :D get it off the truck goto motel go to take the car to get scrutineered get to withen a KM of the track go WOT in 3rd gear tap the limiter twice and that was it no powercruise for the vb lots of teeth missing again :thumbdown: caught it on tape will link to it when its up

we got a T5 while we were up there in hope of fitting it saterday night but was too late by the time we organised it all so didnt make it for sunday cruising maybe next year LOL
